None of your damn business! If the transaction is legal and no one is negatively affected, the adoptions are the private decisions of the couple involved. And no one else!
It doesn’t matter if they’re celebrities, as long as the new parents can provide suitable homes, education and care for the kids. And the celebrated celebrities who’ve adopted kids recently can certainly have adequate financial resources to make a good life for the kids.
Some of the nosy complainers cite mixed racial situations, overindulgence, unreal Hollywood upbringing and other possible problems facing the kids. So what! Most kids today face just about as much problems surviving in a world gone crazy with terrorism, crime, war, global warming and all the other threats. And what about the life the adopted kids would’ve had in poverty-stricken, war-torn third-world countries?
Maybe I’m griping because I have a personal issue about it. My father died at age 32, leaving my mother with three little kids. I was age 3, the youngest. If Mae West (the Angelina Jolie/Madonna of the time) had offered to adopt me, well, do you think maybe….
How Do Hollywood Couples Face Together?

Besides the bright lights centered on them when they make a breakthrough in their careers and their accidentally crazy behaviors, one of the main things why Hollywood is the talk of the town is because of those celebrities who date other celebrities that primarily gets the interest of the major population. As a matter of fact, if there were news about our favorite stars, it would most likely be about who is going out with whom next to which Hollywood star crashed into the deep pool of insanity lately.
Celebrity/Hollywood couples just excites the major masses since it surprises them, like on the news that Katie Holmes and Chris Klein’s two year engagement ended after five years of being together and then the next thing the newspaper has is that Katie is married to Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise! Well, papers really put those kinds of news to make their level of sales even greater.
Actually, even though these celebrity stars are really getting what they want, everybody’s just all over them, especially when it comes to people whom they go out with that critics could just begin scratching on to make their relationship seem disagreeable. Take for example Justine Timberlake and Britney Spears, a lot of critics said that they were nice together and when Britney and Justine broke up and when Britney started going out with dancer Kevin Federline, things got a little rougher. Anyway, if you would just look at it, they are just people falling in love and falling out of love and pretty soon, you hear them breaking up. But of course, there is always that fact that they have an image to live up to. Having a pretty public love something celebrities have to endure in exchange for their fame and fortune.
However, not all celebrity couples get the negative buzz just because they are going out with their co-workers and the biggest example of this is Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who in fact even made a movie together that was a total blockbuster hit since a lot of people really loved their team up and well. For some people, it was kind of cute that real life sweethearts get to make a movie together besides these two beings are just too good together that no one can actually say otherwise.
Engaging in a relationship with another celebrity has its pros and cons. They get the attention, if not the loving of both the media and the masses. Because of their income, they can very easily travel the world, something non-celebrity couples can just dream of. But of course, there are always two sides of the same coin. Privacy is something most Hollywood couples can only dream of. Even the simplest things, like walking in the park, holding hands underneath the stars, or having a romantic picnic is something close to impossible as there is always a reporter, if not paparazzi following close behind.
Of course the older couples in Hollywood gets a little refuge due to the fact that there’s nothing more to learn about them, unless of course, if they are breaking up. Looking at all these, we can say that truly, Hollywood couples experience the best and the worst of relationships.
